In the Club House
Casual dress (this includes smart demin jeans) may be worn throughout the clubhouse, however golf shoes and caps are not permitted. More formal dress (jacket and tie for gentlemen) would be expected for an official occasion such as a presentation evening.
Golf Buggies
For those who do not fancy the long hike, the club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy you may need to speak to Mr Taylor who may have the monopoly on them. Buggies are at the discretion of the golf club.
The Prize
And here is what we will all be battling for on the day. So may the best man or Hugh Toddler win.
18 hole Parkland course, par 67 (5594 yards).
With some quite stunning views of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire, Mold Golf Club, founded in 1909, is a beautiful course that offers golfers a rewarding, honest game of golf among wondrous panorama.
Despite the growing popularity of Pantymwyn as a residential district, the setting of the course remains delightfully rural. From the higher parts of the course, some 850 feet above sea level, the views are breathtaking.
Although not overly long - it sits approximately 5, 500 yards in length - Mold, perhaps more than any other course in the area, will test your shot making skills to the limit.
