Another great 4 days, and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did, apart from the golf. A big thanks again to Paul and Ray for all their time and effort in organising the trip and the prizes. I would also like to thank Ste Taylor for taking his time out from his holiday to update the handicaps.
Another year and more controversey for Old Holts Golf Society as it has been determined that Barry McDermott has tested positive by the WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) for the band substance Clenbuterol. Old Holts Golf Sociey had no other choice but to strip Barry of his first place and install Steve Jones as the new winner of the illustrious multi coloured dream jacket. Alternatively and with less impact we ballsed up the scores thus incorrectly handing Barry Mac victory when in fact the overall winner by one shot was Steve Jones.
On a lighter note Billy Russell may have ended up with the wooden spoon again, but it wasn't all doom and gloom as he has been contacted by the British Olympic Assosiation, to join Tom Daley on the British diving team. Billy stated that his dive on the final evening in Spain would have been far more impressive had somebody not removed the water.
